No matter how you look at it, dirty water, spring water, muddy water, tap water, it is still made up the same stuff: Two molecule of Hydrogen and 1 molecule of oxygen. Even the purest form of water; distilled water is cheaply produced at about .17 cent a gallon, and dirty water you can scoop for free at your local friendly sewer facility, but for the water at is mediocre-ly clean?
